   If you need assistance, one of our representatives will be happy to help guide you and answer all of your questions.
2. Complete and sign our Master Policy Application
   You can scan the form and email it to clientservices@essent.us or fax it to us at 336.747.1219.
3. Gather and send supporting documentation
   One of our representatives can walk you through this process.
