Annmarie Kiley
Director, Customer Training
annmarie.kiley@essent.usAnnmarie has more than 35 years of experience in the mortgage industry. She began her career as an originator and worked her way through operations to become an AVP of mortgage and consumer lending for a well-known financial institution. She then transitioned to sales where she became a correspondent and wholesale account executive for a national lender, helping financial institutions and independent mortgage bankers grow their business. Annmarie transitioned to the mortgage insurance industry in 2013 and then joined Essent in 2018 first as account manager on the Business Development Team and now Director, Customer Training.
Fran Gallo
Customer Training Manager
fran.gallo@essent.usFran has more than 31 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with 24 years focused on mortgage insurance where she specialized in originations and claims reviews. Prior to joining Essent, Fran facilitated internal and external customer training programs for the mortgage insurance company. She began her career as a loan processor and underwriter, progressing to Assistant Regional Underwriting Manager, Senior Underwriter and Core Trainer. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor with a local Junior College where she taught Underwriting and Risk. Fran has recently completed a course with the Bob Pike Group "Train the Trainer". Fran brings a wealth of experience to her role as a Customer Trainer with Essent.
Jenny Childress
Marketing Operations Specialist
jenny.childress@essent.usJenny has spent over 20 years in the mortgage insurance industry, most recently with a mortgage insurance company in the training department as an Instructional Developer for the past 11 years. There she was responsible for coordination and development of technical, operations, and business skills-based training solutions. She has experience working with external and internal customers, vendors, and professionals across all levels of an organization. Jenny is the main point of contact for the training department.
